We give FREE Bodybuilding, diet and gear advice to all customers. Just contact us to have a free session with our pro bodybuilder and author of The Manifesto of Mass and other books.

Are your payments secure?

Yes. We use the industry leader Paypal and Google Checkout to process your orders. They do not share any payment details (credit card/ Bank info etc) with us, we just get the name and address of where to send your order to.

We have been selling online using these payment processors and others for over 11 years and have traded online since 1999. Not only do we have the security and experience but we have also built up a team of dedicated staff who will always make your order process run smoothly and make your shopping experience with us the best it can be.

We can also accept payment by bank transfer (again secure, we cannnot use your details to charge any payments you have not authorised) Just select Manual payments at checkout for our Bank Transfer details or postal order or cheque (UK only) Contact Amanda for details on paying by cheque or postal order: securepayments@bio-freak.com We also have 123-reg SSL secure status on this website which means any data provided is viewable by the site administrator only and is encrypted when submitted and or stored.

How long will it take to get my order?

Typically your order will be posted within 72  hours of being placed and pre-orders on or around the date advertised. Please allow for the postal service to whatever country you are ordering from. However please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be shipped. This is because all supplements are ordered to order – ensuring they are as fresh and potent as possible and not just sitting around losing their effectiveness.

Please note that sometimes your order will arrive in more than one package! Please allow for the rest of your order to arrive before contacting us.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7  WORKING DAYS FOR CONFIRMATION OF SHIPPING  AS WE ARE EXPERIENING HUGE DEMAND FOR OUR PRODUCTS.

UK is typically 2 – 4 days from confirmation of posting and worldwide is typically 14 – 21 days from date of confirmation of posting. If you want faster service contact us and we can see if we can do this for a small postage fee. If there is a delay we will send you something exta with your order and let you know asap.

You will recieve a confirmation of postage e-mail from the processor who took your payment or from Customer Services if paid by Manual payments.

All UK and USA mail is sent by trackable and or signed for service when the value is above £20 - Recorded Delivery for UK when the value is above £18 and International Signed for when the item is above £18 value Austraila and Europe.

What if there is a problem with my order? Something missing etc?

Please just contact us. We will get back to you superfast and correct any problems you may have. Mistakes rarely happen but when they do we will be here to make them right!

Why do you only sell a small range of Supplements?

Bio-Freak are only selling products that work.  We don’t want people to be wasting their time and money on useless products and we refuse to sell in effective or un-proven products just to make a quick buck.

I know you only sell proven and effective supplements but I still would like to try product X – can you get it for me?

Yes. We have extensive contacts in the supplement industry. If you do wish to try a new product or something not in our range then we can get it for you. By ordering the product from us, you get not only a hugely reduced price for the product, but we ensure that it will be the strongest and most effective form of the product you want to try.  We can also supply exisiting bio-freak formulas to your own specs. Just contact us.

Do you do discounts for bulk ordering?

Yes, if you want more than one item contact us and we shall see if we can do a discount for you.

Do you do discount coupons?

Yes. Newsletter subscribers not only get priority ordering they also get regular discount coupons. Members of Bio-Freak get up to 25% discount on all orders for the duration of their subscription. From time to time we upgrade exisiting coupons so make sure you are signed up to our newsletter to qualify.

Are your products of the best quality?

We pride ourselves on using the very best ingredients which is why our prices may not be as low as some but our quality speaks for itself. You can pay for rubbish and you’ll only get rubbish in return. Our supplements are made by the best companies in the world to strict quality requirements. All ingredients are pharmaceutical grade, in the best forms and ratios. Get this right and the results are amazing. This costs money which is why other companies rely on their customers lack of knowledge or discipline and sell them rubbish. Even though our products are the best in the world – PERIOD – we also manage to deliver them to the customer at great prices because we sell direct and employ no middlemen.

Our books are printed by the UKs best printers and the artwork designed by the best people in the business. You get a high quality product at a good price.

Can I buy from ebay or Amazon or elsewhere?

Yes. The Manifesto of Mass 3 is avaliable on Amazon worldwide as a Kindle Edition (click here for more info) You can also buy the 2nd and 4th Edition of The Manifesto of Mass (click here for details) and also Operation Morpheus (Click here for details) on Amazon or direct from our Amazon store here. Other titles are avaliable from this site or our ebay re-seller ONLY. However you will find that Amazon and Lulu.com prices are much higher than buying direct from this site. You may also have to pay more postage.

Amanda, our customer services manager, runs Laboratory Publications on ebay which offers all of our books often at huge discounts or make an offer. If you do not see what you are looking for then ask Amanda to put it up for you. Please note that certain supplements may not be allowed on ebay.

I have a problem with my order – What can I do?

Firstly please DO NOT open a dispute or chargeback with either paypal, google or ebay. If you do it can mean it is LESS likely you will get a refund or replacement order and even if you do get a refund it can take up to 1 month to do this. If you give us the chance to resolve any issues with your order, and this is only fair and in line with all the aboves dispute policies, we will refund within 7 working days or re-send your product within the same timescale.

Our policiy for those that open disputes or chargebacks on orders is that we will not work with them to resolve the issue and we will ban the buyer from all our sites, future sales, Newsletters and other sales venues.

Do you accept refunds?

We accept refunds ONLY on our books. These must be returned within 7 working days of receipt and in the same condition as purchased. If the book(s) are in a non-saleable condition we will not refund the full amount but the trade price only.

We DO NOT accept returns or refunds on supplements or electronic orders (such as membership subscriptions). We will REPLACE any order that was damaged in the post or was not as described. Otherwise due to the nature of these products we cannot accept returns but WILL replace any item not to your satisfaction or damaged in transit.
