Information collected on our sites

We do not collect any persona data such as in cookies or tracking software. We do track how many hits and from what countries, browser used and pages visited etc but these are not personal in nature. The Advertising on our site contains similar tracking, but again this is not personal information in anyway.

Newsletter info

People on our newsletter can un-subscribe at anytime by sending an e-mail to: james@bio-freak.com with the subject Remove. If you have the time please tell us why you are leaving our Newsletter so we can improve our service.

We do not pass on your e-mail to any third  person, company or organisation. It is kept strictly with us for the purpose of sending you our Newsletter. If you have purchased an item from us, or have been on past lists (and not asked to be removed) you will be automatically added to our Newsletter. Again you can remove yourself whenever you wish.

Information Collected from Orders

We do not recieve your payment method when buying anything from any of our sites. We use paypal and Google Checkout which processes your payment (i..e credit card) and they send us your mailing address only. We keep all orders in our proof of posting database for approx 3 months in case of any items that go missing in the post etc. We do not hold your details on any other form of database and never sell or give away your details in anyway what so ever.

Information from Coaching Services

You privacy is 100% assured when contacting us regarding any aspect of coaching or our services. We never reveal your questions, coaching plans or services used to anyone else - period.
